Ma'at is operated by Iseoluwa Ink, a Georgia corporation. We provide AI-assisted spiritual coaching reports delivered through a member portal at this website. For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@divineknowing1.com.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your intake responses to train AI models. Your responses are used only to generate your personal report.

• To generate your personalized Ma'at report
• To deliver your report and portal access via email
• To authenticate you and maintain your portal session
• To process and manage your payment through Stripe
• To respond to support requests and refund inquiries
• To send transactional emails (report delivery, sign-in codes)

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. Transactional emails (your sign-in code, report delivery) are sent as part of the service you purchased.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information is:

• Contract performance — processing your intake and delivering your report
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, service improvement
• Legal obligation — compliance with applicable laws
• Consent — where you have explicitly agreed (e.g., marketing)

We use the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Your intake responses are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your report. Anthropic's API usage policies govern how they handle that data. Anthropic states that API inputs are not used to train their models.

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you access to your portal.

If you request deletion of your account and data, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records retained for 7 years per IRS guidelines).

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Deletion — request that your data be deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent

We use session cookies set by Supabase to maintain your authenticated state in the member portal. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled without logging you out.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not participate in ad networks or behavioral advertising.

Ma'at is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 for users in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@divineknowing1.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Ma'at after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
