Terms of Use

By accessing or using Ma'at (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Iseoluwa Ink(“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Ma'at is an AI-assisted spiritual coaching platform. Customers complete a personal intake questionnaire, pay a one-time fee, and receive a personalized Ma'at Report generated by artificial intelligence and reviewed by our coach. Customers also receive access to a member portal with video content and a 1:1 coaching call.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ma'at. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The Service is primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Access to your member portal requires authentication via a one-time sign-in code sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs through your portal access.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at hello@divineknowing1.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content in your intake
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI system prompts or models
• Resell, redistribute, or share your report without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems

Your report is generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While reviewed by a human coach, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. It is provided for reflective and personal development purposes only.

All content on this platform — including the website design, video content, prompts, and methodology — is owned by Iseoluwa Ink and protected by copyright law.

Your personal report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the intake responses you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them to generate your report and deliver the Service.

Ma'at charges a one-time fee for the Ma'at Report, portal access, and coaching call. All prices are displayed at checkout and are in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Our refund policy is available at /refund. Refund eligibility depends on whether your report has been generated and delivered. Within 1 hour of purchase, refunds are automatic with no questions asked.

Ma'at currently operates on a one-time purchase model. You will not be billed again after your initial purchase unless you explicitly purchase an additional service.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service integrates with Stripe (payments), Supabase (auth and database), Anthropic (AI generation), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iseoluwa Ink, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If you believe that content on Ma'at infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its location, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your electronic or physical signature.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
